Conference & Event Services Referral Program

Help us welcome new organizations to the University of Denver – and enjoy exclusive rewards for your referrals.

Eligibility

Open to any organization that has hosted an event with CES in the past 24 months.
Applies only to referrals of new clients (organizations without prior CES bookings).

Rewards for Referring Clients

$250 discount on room rental for each successful referral (applied to your next event).
Summer clients receive a $500 discount on their next summer conference.
Discounts can be combined, up to $1,000 per calendar year (maximum of four referrals).
Some restrictions apply.

Rewards for New Clients

$150 discount on their first event booking.
Discount applied directly to the first invoice (room rental only).
Some restrictions apply.

Bonus Tier – VIP Partner Status

Refer three or more organizations within one year and unlock VIP Partner status, which includes:

10% discount on all events booked the following year (up to $2,500 in savings).
Summer clients receive a $1,000 discount on their next summer conference, plus complimentary use of a reception space or breakout room.
